Insurance brokers

Trained insurance brokers last week. I was surprised to see that most participants do not understand agricultural insurance. Key concepts are unknown. Moreover, there are few brokers in Ukraine - may be one or two - that have staff specifically working with agricultural insurance markets. Similar situation is in Russia, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria and in other Eastern european countries. The market is hectic, brokers simply declare tenders and look for lowest rates offered. Most insurance brokers staff can not analyse coverage offered. On one hand this is sad, but from the other hand - there's plenty of activities for consultants to do.
