Share your knowledge – a Wiki open competition

At current levels of water consumption the world will be facing a 30% water gap by 2030. 70% of globally available water resources are used for food production. Most of the world’s water resources are managed by those who produce food. However, there has been neglect in agricultural training research and development since the 1980’s. The resulting loss has set back efforts at resolving issues of efficient management knowledge how to manage food production and agriculture water resources across the world. Global climate change will put further pressure on global water resources. Only the technological, economic and ecological know-how will solve the coming water crises.

Competition

AGRIWATERPEDIA is a knowledge platform on the agricultural water management in the context of the water, energy and food security Nexus under conditions of climate change in developing countries. AGRIWATERPEDIA would like to invite the global Nexus community to share their knowledge on a crucial resource for the future: water.

AGRIWATERPEDIA stands for easy and free access to knowledge and invites you to share your own knowledge and experience by contributing articles and documents.
